Steel Sports and portfolio companies UK Elite and Baseball Heaven convened in New York City for a 2-day Coaching Summit to reflect on their Vision for Coaching and create the Coaching System.
Built on the proposed Vision for Coaching by Steel Sports the Summit was facilitated by Kristen Dieffenbach and Sarah McQuade. The Summit gave portfolio companies the opportunity to explore the proposed pillars for coaching and identify what would need to be done to transition each concept to practice:

Education and Training
Coaching communities
Coach evaluation
This exercise will come the basis for implementation planning in January 2017.
