Over the past few months, I’ve had the privilege of supporting the Professional Tennis Registry - PTR through a reflective organisational review — a process designed to pause, listen, and look forward. Thank you, Milena Vidos, for your persistence and commitment to drive this initiative.
At its heart, this work was about alignment: ensuring that systems, structures, and people remain connected to a shared purpose as the organisation continues to evolve. Together, we created time and space to explore what’s working, what’s shifting, and where opportunity lies for greater connection, clarity, and collaboration.
Work like this reminds me why organisational reviews matter. When done well, they’re not simply audits or diagnostics — they’re learning conversations. They invite curiosity, uncover strengths, and surface ideas that can drive lasting, positive change.
It’s been a genuine pleasure to guide this process and to witness the openness, creativity, and commitment of everyone involved. The journey continues, but the foundations for thoughtful, purposeful growth are firmly in place.
