The US Centre for Coaching Excellence recently hosted the National Coaching Conference at Life University in Atlanta, focusing on Coaching, Coaching Education and Technology.
Sarah McQuade and new e.t.c associate Linda Low facilitated a workshop session on 'Creating and embedding an organizationally-relevant vision for coaching'. The workshop challenged delegates to consider their vision for coaching and answer the following questions:
Who has one?
Who doesn’t have one?
Who knows about it?
Is it in your organizational your DNA?
Is it working?
How do you know?
Adopting a facilitative approach delegates were encouraged to consider how a blueprint for coaching could be created and embedded in their organizations.
